mid term report,help!

<p>i just got the mid-term report request from cornell today. just wondering what kind of midterm report do they want? official transcript or just some 'unofficial' report from my professors? thanks guys!</p>

<p>I got the mid-term grade report request because I never sent it. Well, I just spoke with adcom and he said that Cornell requires you to send an unofficial grade report i.e. your grade in the class if the class were to end today.</p>

<p>the admission office said there's a form on the cornell website for the professor to fill out as the midterm grade report. just wondering if anyone has found it?</p>
