I'd like to send in my mid-term report to prove my good standing. How should I go about doing this, if I want to waive my rights to see what's written? I'll need to go around and give this to professors, won't I? Do people just sign the rights waiver after completing the form? And how have people done this in the past? Has anybody just given it to one professor, waited to get it back, went on to the next, etc? I'm very confused with this whole process.

You just take it to each of your professors and have him or her sign write your grade and sign it. Of course you’re going to see what they write, and colleges know this.

If you waive your rights, you just won’t be able to see the form once colleges receive it.
