<p>How do we know which schools require one? Is it listed on the common app somewhere like the dashboard? And when do they usually get sent out? </p>
<p>My dd applied to Santa Clara and I know they want one. I am not sure if any of the other colleges she has applied to want them too.</p>

<p>All colleges want one, unless specified. It includes the student’s senior grades - just to make sure they didn’t suddenly start getting F’s and D’s 
In addition, there’ll be a Final Report sent to the one college your daughter chose, where if she got F’s or had committed a serious crime since admission, she’d be rescinded (and she/you would be in a pickle).</p>
