Hi,
I'm from Canada so the mid-year grade report is not applicable for me. But on the application tracking page, it kept saying that Mid-Year Grade Report "is not processed" instead of "waived" (my interview was waived). I'm just wondering if that is normal? or I probably need to call and find out.

You DO have a mid-year report. It's a summary put out by your guidance counsellor of the grades you made the first semester. If you're on Day 1 + Day 2, then it just serves as a verification of the classes you're taking.

I would ask your counsellor to write it up asap.

Thanks.
But doesn't it say on the form that "To be completed for students in U.S. school systems only" ? I asked my counsellor long time ago and she said that's for US schools only. I'm confused~

From the MIT Admissions website:

Mid-year Grade Report (to be completed only for students who currently attend a U.S. or U.S.-based school system)

You don't attend a U.S.(-based) school system, you don't need to submit this. End of worry.

hehe...yep..i'm from canada too, and my counsellor doesn't want 2 write it either, i think it's just a US thing plus it says US school system only^^
don worry, everyone is "not processed"
