Mid-Year Report: How to report online classes

Hi --

My S is taking an AP class online. After the first trimester, he received an email with his grade and a brief evaluation of his work so far. He didn't know how best to incorporate it into his Mid-Year Report (e.g. forward the email to Dartmouth, forward to GC and have her send it with official MYR?...)
I had suggested S call Dartmouth to find out what they'd prefer, but I'm reading here how the admissions office is so overwhelmed with application material -- I'm wondering if it's just best to send the grade-report email (along with official Mid-Year Report from GC) and figure Dartmouth will get back to S if they need something more official.
Does anyone here have experience with this situation?

Thanks.

BTW, S was accepted ED and the online grade is good, so this won't affect admission -- I suspect it's merely additional confirmation of their original decision. (Our school is on semesters, so the regular MYR would be sent next week).

No need to send any mid year grades for ED kids!

Woo-hoo! Don't know how we missed that. Probably mixed up mid-year and final grade report, thought both were necessary, got bleary-eyed reading so many different college requirements 'way back when, whatever. :)

One less thing to do, I love it.

Thanks!

No problem. So is your son just thrilled with the prospect of going to Dartmouth next year? My D is so happy, but wishes they didn't have to wait so long for more info...housing, courses, roomates etc. The ED has made such a wonderful senior year. Most of her friends are going out of their minds with anxiety, having not heard from ANY schools yet. What state are you from? We're from Massachusetts.
