Mid-Year Report impact on RD admission?

<p>Hello,</p>

<p>I was wondering if my mid-year report would help me get in RD. I turned in my application and I am going to be sending in my senior mid-year thing.</p>

<p>My ACT composite is 27 and my gpa unweighted was 3.6. </p>

<p>Also, my class rank was top 25%. </p>

<p>I am expecting my gpa and class rank to go up because </p>

<p>I am enrolled in 5 AP classes this year and all honors. </p>

<p>Will this be advantageous to me if I am getting all B's? How much is the mid-year report looked at when applying? Thanks!!!</p>

<p>NYU does not require a midyear report. If you send it, they can’t guarantee that it’ll be looked at.</p>

<p>^ DANG! That is bad news. My D had one bad semester that really hurt her overall GPA but she’s back to a 3.9 plus now and would surely LOVE for them to see that.</p>
