<p>Is anyone else's mid year report still missing? My school sent them in like mid feb. Could Duke just not have updated the student info system?</p>

<p>My D’s mid year report was missing too. I called Duke and was told to have school fax it to them. Called school and had it faxed . Called back with duke to confirm. Call duke or ask school to Fax the report to 919-668-1661. Call back duke and confirm.</p>
<p>similar encounter myself- send it to <a href=“mailto:undergrad-admissions@duke.edu”>undergrad-admissions@duke.edu</a>, and (at least in my case) they’ll send the school a confirmation e-mail within a couple of days (the SSIS system takes a while to be updated it seems)</p>
<p>The system is a bit slow, but you should probably contact them just in case.</p>
