Mid-year Report Question

For those who don't know, the mid-year report is now online.
In any case, there's space for 9 subjects and their mid-year grade. And a space for any updates you'd like to give MIT.

I have 3 questions:

1- I'm taking 11 subjects this semester, 13 overall over the course of the year. Should I just put the grade for the 2 extra ones (those of this semester) in the updates section?

2- My school uses a quarter-based system (Q1, then Q2, then mid-year exams, then Q3, Q4, finals). Q1 grades were already given and were included on my transcript. Q2 and Mid-year examination grades come out at the same time but are reported separately, along with the semester average (which takes into account Q1, Q2, and the midyear exams) - they'll be reported in a week or two. Should I, on the midyear report, fill out the grade for the mid-year examinations, or the semester averages as a whole? If it's the latter, it kind of makes the Q1 grades on my transcript useless, I suppose, doesn't it?

3- I didn't really understand this statement on the report:
"For all enrolling students, we will compare the grades on your Midyear Report with your school's official final grade report to ensure completeness and accuracy."
Does this mean that should a student be admitted and choose to enroll at MIT, midyear grades will be compared to final grades? That seems odd. My school transcript only has my final averages in each subject for each year, rather than semester/quarter grades.

Thanks :)

hi

For now I have only the grades of my Q1 (I havent yet send them)
My Q2 grades won’t be out before a month and my mid-year grades in early march.
I dont know what shoud I send.

I havent understood the meaning of “For all enrolling students, we will compare the grades on your Midyear Report with your school’s official final grade report to ensure completeness and accuracy.” neither

you guys can wait - the deadline will not be for a few weeks. will post official timelines soon so you know.

as for point 3 - it’s just to make sure that you don’t misrepresent your grades on the midyear report.
