Do all CommonApp schools require mid-year reports?
I applied to:
SLC
Ithaca
High Point
UofRochester
SUNY Bing
SUNY SB
and Syracuse
as all regular decision, and I was confused as to whether or not I need to send a mid-year report to all of them or just a few.
Not necessarily all, though likely.
It really depends on each college’s individual requirements, something which you can easily find on the school’s website.
But yes, often schools want to have a look at it.
Yeah you have to check and ask your counselor to send the report. My one college automatically sent a request to my counselor, but they told me that they told him. So i would ask the counselor anyway
To send the Midyear Report, your guidance counselor simply uploads it onto CommonAp, and it automatically is sent to ALL of the schools that you are applying to through CommonAp! You’ll see a checkmark on “Midyear Report” on each individual college’s page on the CommonAp site. Easy peasy 
So I guess it really doesn’t matter if one school does accept it and another doesn’t, because they’ll be receiving it anyway!
