Mid Year Report

Hi all

Just wondering what the Midyear report form looks like. Would like to know what it is that my counselor will have to fill out since my school isn’t American and we don’t have many applicants to the US. The Grading system works slightly differently too (no GPA, Class rank etc) so wanted to know what I would have to have on there. Does anyone know what this form looks like or have a link to a PDF? I’d asked about the recommendation form once on here and someone had been super helpful and been able to link me to a PDF.

I think its just a sheet with your first semester grades listed
