<p>I tried to access the Mid year report form online at the website they provided in the letter. It says to login with your username and password from your app or else your USC ID Number. I applied w/ the paper application, and so don't have a username and password (my username and password for the paper application status check don't work), and when I just enter my USC ID number, it says I need to enter a password. Does someone know how to make this work? I don't feel like waiting until tomorrow and calling, I just want to finish this whole applying thing.</p>
<p>Or is there a paper form that I can use?</p>
