For some reason I can't seem to find any indication of whether I, as an admitted ED student, have to send in the Mid-Year Report. I feel like I read somewhere that this was necessary, but looking back through my acceptance materials all I find is a requirement to send a Final School Report. Does anybody know if I need to send it? (It appears to be an incredibly useless document anyways- I thought that it would include first semester grades, but it doesn't?)

Send it to be safe.

I gave the form to my GC today and she is gonna send it in soon...i think its best to go ahead and send it in, it doesnt take much effort on your part..just print it out and give to GC. I used the form below, it looked better and more appropriate to use as an accepted ED applicant.

I am pretty sure that a Mid-Year Report is required. I remember reading that it was required in the guide "I have been accepted to Duke, now what?" I think there is a common app form for the mid year report as well.

i went through all forms and all they say is to send in a final year report, but i requested a mid year report to be sent. i don't know if it's necessary and i definitely stopped looking at my common app.

The "what to send in when" brochure that comes with the admitted students packet (the blue folder) says to send in a mid-year report. I called Duke and confirmed this to be true.

Thanks guys, I found the part in the "What to send in when" thing that said it was required, and feel kind of dumb for missing it.

Also, thanks for the link schoolsearching. Much better form than the common app one....
