Is it required to send it to all Common Application schools (regular decision)? All of the schools have told me that my application is complete. But does this only refer to things that need to be in before the deadline?

Yes, it’s required. Just not yet.

It depends on the college. The Common App’s [College Deadlines, Fees, and Requirements chart](https://www.commonapp.org/CommonApp/docs/downloadforms/common2009_Grid.pdf) shows that some schools do not require it. (See the MR column in the “School Forms Required” section of the chart. The “Deadlines and Requirements Only” pdf, which is current as of July 1, 2009, can be downloaded from the Common App’s [Download Forms](https://www.commonapp.org/CommonApp/DownloadForms.aspx) page.)
