<p>My school won't release the mid-year report until after the application for early decision/action is due. What should I do then?</p>
<p>The mid-year report is meant to be available after the first semester of high school and is usually due around February. It serves as an opportunity for you to update the admission offices on anything important that has occurred since you have submitted your application in the fall.</p>
<p>EA and ED admissions decisions are made before the mid-year report is even sent out. The only thing it pertains for is if you do terribly (a large number of Ds and Fs) and get rescinded.</p>
