<p>All of them, unless you applied (and subsequently were accepted) through Early Action.</p>

<p>Not UCLA unless they specifically ask for it.</p>
<p>Not sure, although if your already accepted into all you may not have to show mid-year reports… perhaps the school will already be looking over them. Though if your application is still in the acceptance process, and you feel like your mid-year reports show a positive improvement then maybe you should mail the reports.</p>
