<p>When is the deadline for submitting mid year grades?
because my app is still incomplete because of the grades but I really cant submit them because my school is still processing them at school.
i'd say they'd be available in like 2-4 weeks.</p>

<p>Do kids from your school routinely apply to Rochester? If so, they're familiar with your school's timing and you shouldn't have a problem.</p>
<p>If your concerned, call them - I did for another issue and they're very helpful.</p>
<p>My daughter let her GC know that Rochester wanted midyear grades by Feb. 1, and counselor faxed them. I would say get them there ASAP, ask to have them faxed.</p>
<p>I think I'm the only one applying to Rochester.. And I dont think many people have applied there in the past.
Most of my schools have a Feb 15+ deadlines so my mid year grades will be sent then to all my other schools.

<p>I sent my last week and it still shows as missing on the website...maybe I'll call tommorow to ask if they recieved it. What is the estimated time of a letter from Oregon to New York? (3 Day is it?)</p>
<p>Wow! So 3 weeks after I sent it is still showing as missing on the website. I am getting annoyed at this. Is anyone elses application "Incomplete" because they are missing the mid-year report? Can Rochester make a decision even if it is missing? My school is on a trimester system and my 1st trimester grades are on my offical transcript I sent. Our 2nd trimester grades will be avaiable on the 2nd week of March which will be way too late.</p>

<p>from personal experience, i know that sometimes they have your materials but have forgotten to update it on the status check site. try calling and asking if they received it :)</p>
<p>Arghh! I called them and they didnt get it! Now I have to fax it in. This is horrible.. I bet they've already made my decision - rejected!
Because the lady on the phone said that I can send in the report myself, without the school stamp on it by fax..
What kind of college would consider a report like that OFFICIAL?</p>
