<p>I had a similar problem; I sent my midyear back in january, and after more than a month, it was still not checked off. After seeing acceptances being released, I got worried and sent another midyear, this time by express mail with tracking. It probably would have been easier to just call and ask if they have it on file, but I wanted to be ready to send in another one just in case. Goodluck with yours.</p>
<p>I think that if you had anything missing from your file, they would have sent you a letter in the mail possibly to inform you of it.</p>
