So I got the e-mail from UChicago reminding me to turn in my mid-year report so that they can receive it by March 2, but my counselors received the mid year report on early February, and I'm pretty sure they sent it. If my credentials say everything is complete, does that mean that even my mid-year report was received?

It may not. You should call to make sure. Where are the credentials that you are seeing

I received the email about a complete application before I sent my mid-year report, and later got the reminder about the report (before I had sent it.) I don't think they include the mid-year report in the credentials notice, at least not at this point. But I agree with LamiaServatrix: you might want to call to ensure that your mid-year report was received.

I'm in the same situation. I knew I had sent my midyear report, so I assumed that email was just a general reminder for everyone. Then yesterday, I found out one of the rolling admissions schools I applied to had never received a transcript, which I sent out at the same time, so I'll be calling tomorrow to check. It's probably not a huge deal, but wouldn't hurt to call.
