<p>Hey guys! So on my financial aid provisional letter it says that I may be eligible for the middle class scholarship. Also I only got 960 in grant money. But what does this middle class scholarship actually say? It says if your income is less than 100,000 then 40% of the tuition will be covered.Also, if I am qualified, it says it will be added after the start of the fall quarter.
Anyone have any insight to this?</p>

<p>My understanding is that because they are phasing the scholarship in over 4 years, THIS year the award is around 14% of the tuition. Next year it will be a higher percentage, and by year 4 it will be 40%. However, you’re not guaranteed a certain amount. If 14% is the max for this year, you may only get 8% or whatever. I believe those awards will be granted in July.</p>
<p>If you did your FAFSA on time then you’re automatically considered for it.</p>
