Middle Name, Middle Initial, or none?

For the purposes of this post, I'll call myself Billiam Tedward Bailey
On my Collegeboard.com Update Personal Information page, my name is listed as Billiam T Bailey.

Whenever I navigate any Collegeboard.com page other than my Personal Information page, the box on the right with my name and email says Billiam Bailey, sans the Tedward.

When I click on View My Score Report--> Print Score Report, the name there is also just Billiam Bailey.

When I apply to colleges, should I use the name Billiam T Bailey, Billiam Tedward Bailey, or Billiam Bailey? My inkling is to only use my first and last name, but does anybody know for sure?

Doesn’t matter. However choose the way you like to be listed and use this from now on in every legal transaction you do including signing your name for consistency.

I don’t think a middle initial will make a difference.

If you have an uncommon name (ie if your name really was Billiam Bailey) then it won’t matter much. But if your name is Tom Brown, there is a slight chance of mix-up if you do not include your middle initial. The althernative route, which is what I would do, is to include your social security number on everything. That solves everything.
