Ok, so I have 11 year old school system. Those 11 years include Elementary, Middle, and High School;

Years 1-4: Elementary School;
Years 5-9: Middle School;
Years 10-11: High School;

From what I've seen so far, only High School grades matter, don't they? If so, it means that I will send my grades only from 10th grade.
Also!
The school year starts in September 15 so I guess my question would be should I ask my counselor to give me my high school transcript as soon as I finish 10th grade?
Thanks...

No. That isn’t an option. I attend a school in non-english language speaking country so in my school except two english teachers noone even can’t speak english. Because I thought that I will change my residency I transfered to another school. Later, I attended a very good school. I was like a small fish in big aquarium; however, now I am a big fish in small aquarium.
So I think that the “high school transcript” means only 10th year grades so far, right?
However, the Penn-State Park wants grades from 3 years irregardless of whether it is a high school or not. How about JHU?

I would contact whoever at each school reviews international applications. Odds are that they’ve seen apps from your country and would have some better guidance for you.

I think she meant that since HS here is 4 years and you’ll only have one or 1.5 year of grades when you apply, they may ask for another year worth of grades, but none of us know what they’ll want

Or, you could interpret the quote above to mean that your transcript needs to include your last four years of schooling, corresponding to 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th grades in the American system. In your case, that would be 8th, 9th and 10th, and then 11th (at the end). I think you need to contact Admissions and ask them what they want. That’s the only way you’re going to be sure you have the right answer to your question.
