@EganAg 8 AM on Saturday
This is a reminder that notification of our decision on your application will be available online this Saturday, March 23rd after 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time at the following location
My D got email yesterday.

Does Middlebury weigh test scores over GPA or vice versa? I have a 3.7 uw GPA and a 33 act. 8 ap classes and not in the top 10 percent of my class. Academically, will my low gpa almost immediately disqualify me from the running? Also, how much does the alumni interview weigh into the decision?
I dont see any information that talks about the level of importance of each aspect of your application. Are you excited? Today I saw the ig stories that said that decision packages were going to be mailed tomorrow!
@rol453 @St78557 just google “Middlebury Common Data Set” and you’ll get some of this information. Information on Undergrad admissions is available in Section C. While it’s by no means ideal, I have still found the information to be useful.
S19 - waitlist. He’s a bit disappointed but has other good acceptances so will not accept a spot on the waitlist.
waitlist, kinda surprised and disappointed
waitlist
waitlisted… anyone knows any rd admission stats?
middlebury did mention they expect to admit some from the wl pool tho
Waitlist… Won’t be accepting spot as I’ve gotten into 4 other nescacs
Waitlisted also. Don’t think I’ll be accepting a spot as I’ve gotten into some other good schools. At least I know I was competitive!
@vikiii Last year, 1215 students waitlisted, 914 accepted a spot and 24 admitted from it. Unfortunately, very small odds of getting an acceptance from it.
Accepted!! Ive been waitlisted from 5 schools already, so Middlebury was looking like my favorite. Im so excited! and relieved!
@MagnoliaMom omg…that’s almost a 2% acc rate. I got into some pretty nice schools as well but have always been interested in Middlebury. Guess that’s basically it! Thanks though, super helpful!
@mutantninjacat congrats so much!!! Actually I just got 5 wls right after this one from Middlebury lolll
Son accepted!
Waitlist. Moving on. Without a supplement I think it was harder for S19 to stand out. Still, those of us waitlisted must still be in their top 20 percent of applicants so chins up!
@homerdog chin up for sure! Could you explain what S19 means?
@vikiii Son graduating in 2019
Accepted! Beyond thrilled!
