We just visited last weekend. There are mountain views everywhere. Gorgeous! The campus has an open feel on a gently sloping hill. The town is very small but within walking distance. There are more retail stores and shopping just a few miles away. Not many but just enough to let you shop for basics when you need them. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. We did not take a tour but just walked around getting the feel of the place. We all loved it.

“Be completely honest, is it as beautiful and amazing as it looks on the website?”

Yes. Big open spaces.

“Do you get bored there as the town is so small? Or is the social scene on campus enough?”

Yes, you will get bored of the town. The campus is what the students make of it–it’ll be up to you and your fellow classmates. Midd has beautiful, spacious facilities, and I’m sure its students take full advantage of them.

“Is it full of rich kids rather than genuinely intellectual kids?”

So, the rich and the intellectual are two distinct entities?
I’ll answer your question: lots and lots of prep school brats, but your experience will not be less intellectual because of their presence.

“Is it diverse?”

It tries to be, and it should be applauded for its effort…

“Are the majority of the professors good? Do they take time to help you out?”

Princeton Review The Best 371 Colleges
“Professors Get High Marks” : 4 / 371
“Best Classroom Experience” : 10 / 371

This ranking is based on student surveys: it appears Middkids are very satisfied with their profs’ teaching ability.

“If you can think of anything else good/bad about the college, PLEASE let me know!”

It’s an excellent place to go to school. You’re going to have a great time. Congrats!
