middlebury my dream.... CAN I GO THERE?

I currently have a really crappy GPA and went through a lot of bad stuff in sophomore year... and have a 3.3. ( I got caught helping someone cheat TWICE and ended up being WITHDRAW/FAILED from english 2 honors... i went into depression. But, my school, knowing i was helping someone else, let me retake "Honors British Literature" at Laurel Springs and they'll erase the W/F.. but it will still be somewhere on my record... i'll be able to explain this if it's needed.... is this a huge problem? is me taking a laurel springs class look bad?)
Next year I am taking all 5. A's and plan to repair my GPA to a 4.2. I WILL DO AMAZING. I KNOW IT. my fate depends on it...
At the moment, I have no community service, but I am obsessed with languages and have taken both Spanish 3 and French 3 and am practically fluent; my teachers let me skip to 5 AP for both. In addition, I speak fluent Russian. I am obsessed with languages. Also I play piano really on quite a professional scale. I am sure I will redeem myself with an amazing junior year. However... is it too late? Are my freshman and sophomore mistakes my determiners for this school? What else do I have to do? How do I make myself an amazing applicant? What extra-curriculars do I do? How do I get in!?!? IT IS MY DREAM SCHOOL. They only accept 16% of their applicants... that's so scary. Help me out with everything you can think of!!! Is my gpa too low? is a (will a) 4.2 be too low? or do i need a lot more extracurriculars? (i already have track and piano and will probably volunteer at some hospital for community service) class rank?... what matters? (btw i want middlebury because of their languages and is there a way i can PROVE that i am amazing at languages and they WANT ME lol?)

also there are the SAT's
.... i really want to go there. what do I do.

Oh...
My grades this year:
English 2 Honors: B
French 4 Honors: A
Spanish 4 Honors: A
Algebra 2 Honors: C
AP Euro: C
Track and Field

Next year:

AP US: A!
English 3 Honors: A!
AP Stat: A!
AP Spanish: A!
AP French: A!
Chemistry Honors: A!
Track and Field...

I AM GOING TO GET A'S NEXT YEAR!!! it's my last hope... if there is one..?

I HAVE TO GO TO THAT UNIVERSITY. IT IS AMAZING. I read no one gets in... what do I do... does my piano and my language passion help? If i do great on my APs and get validictorian will that help??? Is my chance ruined because of my sophomore grades? DO THEY LOOK AT FRESHMAN GRADES... i was quite careless there too...
omg help.

Sophomore and junior grades are the main grades they look at, so just work very hard in junior year, plus another EC or two wouldn’t be bad either…you seem like a pretty good student…don’t worry as much, though…good luck!

I am going to take:

English 3 Honors
Spanish 5 AP
French 5 AP
Chemistry Honors
Track and Field
(AP Statistics)
(AP United States History)
(United States History [0 period])

There are two choices:

A - I only take AP US and not have a math… but get a 5.0

B - Take 0 Period College Prep US (really easy) AND AP Stat… but my GPA adds up to 4.8 - annoyingly, even though it’s an extra class. The 4.A ruins it…I would have a history AND a math…

What will look better???

It’s essentially a GPA boost (and an extra AP to show to universities) vs having a math

i want to go to middlebury and i love languages… but i think it’ll look good just to have another math. what looks better… AP US (continuing form AP EURO) or just regular us and ap stat. If they ask, i could say that there wasn’t enough space in my schedule… however i will be taking precalc over the summer. i guess Stat is unecessary i just thought it’d look good to have a math AT SCHOOL for 4 years… other than that. i’m dying to get into the impossible-to-get-into middlebury, and i want to do as much possible to do it.

The “trick” to having the highest probability of getting into Midd is to apply ED1 AND ED2. If you don’t get in ED1, I am pretty sure you can switch into ED2, and if you don’t get in ED2, then they put you into RD. If they Waitlist you off of RD, then pay for the waitlisting.

This gives you 4 chances of getting into Midd, and shows the admissions committee that you want to go badly. This is assuming you don’t get plain out rejected from RD so you have the waitlist.
