Please post your decision, intended major, and any other information that you think defined you as a candidate to Middlebury!

I was waitlisted as well. I’m international requiring full aid though :)

Intended Major: not sure. I think I put economics or international relations
GPA: 3.85 UW
SAT:2310 (770CR, 740M, 800W)
International asking for a lot of financial aid. I’m a little relieved to have been waitlisted rather than getting outright rejected after being denied by Dickinson, which I thought was a lot less selective. An acceptance would’ve been better but as an international with financial need I can’t say I’m not surprised. Congrats to everyone who was admitted!

Accepted!

Intended major: I think I put Math.
GPA: 4.0 UW (first in class)

Most rigorous courseload at school: 13 APs and 15 Honors classes
White male
Eagle Scout, President of a few things, school ambassador, rec baseball, etc.

Probably won’t be attending, as I’m certainly hoping that the financial aid package will be more generous for other schools to which I’m accepted.

Congrats to all admitted!!!

Barvoets: I’d go with Middlebury. It’s bigger and has a really good International department. And while it’s only about 600 students bigger, than makes a huge difference when both are small colleges pretty much in the middle of no where.

Waitlisted
