<p>Has anyone ever successfully done it? I have been trying for the last hour without success. Tried pretty much everything I can think of and met their size requirements.</p>
<p>The only thing not sure is the file type. mine is .jpg or .gif, their mentioned .JPG and .GIF. Does it really matter?</p>
<p>We did it last year without problems. You could try changing the .jpg to .JPG, for example, to see if it makes a difference.</p>
<p>Snail mail will also get there. I think they’d be able to match the photograph with the file.</p>
<p>Trying to do that too. but all phone files are now automatically given the lower case extension. Can’t find a way to forcefully change it. Being an amature photographer, I am dealing with photos almost daily. but I am sweating here. :(</p>
<p>Last year, we did it from a Mac, without problems. I did call later, to make certain the application registered on their system.</p>
<p>I give up. Included the photo with the graded paper which will be sent over by mail.</p>
<p>We finally completed everything today. This holiday break has been very stressful. But I think my son learned a lot from the process, it is good for him regardless the outcome. </p>
