<p>I'm confused. The Common App doesn't have a form for a midterm report for transfers, but it sounds like we need it. Am I wrong? I just got a midterm form from my school and made copies for each school.</p>
<p>Depends on what school you are applying for. Check their requirements if they need a midterm.</p>
