Midterm Report for Transfers

<p>Is it required? I can't find it listed anywhere as a transfer requirement, nor can I find the Midterm Report form on the Columbia website or application portal.</p>

<p>I am assuming that although not listed it is necessary (or I am just daft and can't find the req. listing.)</p>

<p>Help, anyone know where it is?</p>
