Midterm Report

I’m in a bit of a jam here.

I’m applying as a prospective sophomore transfer, and most of the schools I’m applying to (with the exception of one) don’t require the midterm report. Is it still worth sending? I’m afraid of the awkwardness that could ensue when I go to a particular couple of my professors because they both know me by name and very well (I’m currently a student at a small liberal arts college). Please advise.

Also, in the event that filling out a midterm report is the best call, what are some ways that have worked for you or other people in completing the form.

Apologies if this sounds a little jumbled; I’m freaking out a little bit since I know transfer decisions are only a few weeks out for a few of my schools but I have yet to do anything about the midterm report.

If a school doesn’t require a midterm report, then you don’t have to send it. But if you have a few schools that require it, then you will have to get it done. Just talk to your professors and don’t worry about making things awkward.
