Does stony brook require a midterm report?

I was just wondering about this myself, I'm not sure. RD admission decisions are available on SOLAR starting Feb. 1, and we find out about Honors College, etc. in mid-March, but there's no mention of a mid-year report that I could find on the website.

Even if they did require one, do we send one to SUNY as well as Stony Brook University? And which address at SBU:
Stony Brook University
Undergraduate Admissions
118 Administration Building
Stony Brook, NY 11794-1901

OR

Undergraduate Academic Affairs
Supporting Documentation
Stony Brook University
Stony Brook, NY 11794-3357

It's all so confusing!

Well, I just got my acceptance letter today and I never sent in a mid-year report, so I'm presuming its not required.

Congratulations, BigEast! I was accepted to Stony Brook undergrad, but since I also applied to the Honors College and Scholars for Medicine (and that decision doesn't come out until mid-March), I filled out an envelope for mid-year grades to SBU. I addressed it to the "Supporting Documentation" address above. I figured I'm better safe than sorry--the envelopes were free anyway. :)

So is anyone sure?

I emailed the director of the Honors College and she said they're not required, but she said that I could fax them if I wanted to. I had already mailed them by the time she replied, but oh well. :)
