When they ask for CURRENT GRADES for each class, are they looking for the actualy %? or just the Grade A, A-, B+, etc...?

Whatever looks better.
If you have a 92 or 93 get an "A."
If you have all low "A's" but one or two high "A's" then:
Get those grades done last. And ask them to put "A+."
Instead of 4 as "A", for example, you will now have 2 as "A" as well as 2 or 1 as "A+". There is nothing wrong with that. You are working within the system.
Best Regards.

i thought faculty filled those out
or something like that

Wherefore ask faculty for a letter grade; perfectly acceptable.

they have to sign it.

Some schools have you self-report mid-term grades. Some want them initialed or signed by each prof.

Use whatever grading system your school uses.
