Midterms

For anyone who feels like an exam had its way with you, this is for you.

ouch.

Maybe it's just me.

Me too. I ****ed up most of the midterms. ahem.

Eh, I only had one...well, one more coming up, it's the papers that have me worried and allllll this reading! But I doubt it's just you, DRab...

I'm pretty sure I got about a 74% on a midterm. Haven't gotten it back though...it depends on how the curve is. uhoh

I have 4 other midterms to go, so we'll see.

I bombed one of my midterms. I semi-bombed the other.

DON'T GIVE UP HOPE!!! We will survive...

i like how they always manage to have all the midterms all stacked on one day, or one each day for 4 days in a row.....

and then.......papers are another story

Tell me about it. Last year I had 4 finals both semesters; but one semester 3 were within 2 consecutive days...that was crappy, especially when my roomie only had 1 final. My last final was also on the very last day of finals, so I left after everyone else. (What classes don't have finals? Hmmm...they sound tempting.)

I also wanted to add, I hate how the second midterm is always more difficult than the first. Thus if you want a straight A, you have to do well from the beginning to do well in the class, although finals can help a lot.

exactly, what basically happens is like............the first midterm is so easy that the curve kills you, then the second midterm is so hard that it doesn't even matter if the curve is really really easy or not, because there will always be someone who gets the A and screw everything up....and then....those finals that are worth like 45% of your grade....

yep, i think i covered it all =]

I had 3 finals on the Tuesday after last day of instruction last semester. But I survived :)

its not a matter of survival, its a matter of results......

Yes, that was what I meant as well :)

No Matter how much you try in engineering midterms.....you'll most likely end up with a C or B at highest.

not for my roommate.....but he's a regent's scholar....

Yes, that's not true. I have a graduate student friend who went on to UCLA med school majoring in bioE.

Haha dmcwhiz123, don't worship him too much. He's still human, even if he's a Regent's scholar makes sacrifices to the Regent's scholars, chants

who said i worshipped him? i just said he gets As on his midterms and stuff....thats it....

I was just making fun of the way you presented it. I don't think you worship him.

I worship him.
