Anyone have experience with Midtown Village Condos? We are looking seriously at signing a lease for my son as he transfer to UA this fall . We are looking for 3-4 bedroom with private baths, controlled access garage parking, hardwood floors in the main areas, and larger dogs allowed.

My older son has a good friend who lived in Midtown Village for a couple of years. She seemed to like it. We got a chance to see her two-bedroom place when we went to her graduation party.

The young lady’s two-bedroom place was lovely. Spacious. The kitchen was nice – not that she cooked that much!
