What are the qualifications for receiving midwest student exchange benefits? Do you have to qualify for the money through GPA and standardized test scores, or does anyone who lives in the midwest qualify? If one does have to qualify, what is the number of people that receive aid each year, and on average, what are their GPA and/or standardized test scores? Any replies are greatly appreciated. Thanks.
