My semester grades come it after deadlines so is it okay if I submit my application without the report?

I’m wondering the exact same, and my school is closed for the holidays so I can’t get my transcripts either
For some of my other schools, I have submitted the application first and the supporting documents after, so at least they have the application and you don’t accidentally miss the deadline (note that these were all EA or EA intended apps, some did get bumped to RD because of missing documents, sadly…)
I’ve also heard that there is a grace period (between a few days to 2 weeks) for most schools where documents out of your control (ie. transcripts, recommendations, test scores, etc) would still be accepted up to a certain period of time after the actual deadline.
