Midyear Report Deadlines

Do any schools have them? I've noticed, when looking around the websites for the colleges I've applied to, that the month of February is generally mentioned as being preferred. However, my school's registrar's office is undergoing a systems change, so my reports are unavailable for submission until this Monday. Will this be a problem?

I know schools will make decisions without certain parts of the application on hand, and this doesn't necessarily mean for a rejection. Plus, even if my midyear reports are not mailed until Monday, they will likely be received by the schools before final decisions are made. Do I have anything to worry about?

I'll be contacting my schools anyways, just so they know I'm not trying to hide anything grade-wise. :)

Most schools are definitely in the proccess of making the final decisions now.
I got an e-mail from Bryn Mawr last week saying that they needed to get my midyear report until yesterday, Monday 03/07 5:00 pm EST. I mailed it some time ago but international snail mail isn't that reliable apparently...
Wellesley's online application materials checklist will only be available until March 9, which probably means that everything that arrives later might not be considered anymore.

But as you already said, a missing midyear report should not be a reason for an auto-reject.

Thanks, b@r!um!

Strangely enough, none of my college's tracking lists mention mid-year reports on them, which is why I was confused as to whether they really set deadlines for these things.

And the other thing, unfortunately, is that my midyear report could only help (straight As, yay! :p). It seems unlikely to factor into decisions now.

Well, if it matters to you, our first term ended in November, so when I first sent my applications in the fall, I sent them my first term senior grades (up till November). For my midyear report form, I re-sent my first term grades, the ones they already had. That's how it's been done at my school for years and years, and kids have gotten into pretty much every college there is, despite the fact that they didn't send in new grades in the middle of the year.

Ooops, just realized that yesterday was a Tuesday, not a Monday.... It meant Monday anyway.
