<p>Hey guys, I want to know how much midterm exam scores matter.</p>
<p>I take 6 AP classes, and I have straight A's / A+'s for my quarter and semester grades. I got straight A's on all my exams as well except for AP Physics (I got a C). Unfortunately, my school reports midterm exams as well so in the sea of A's, there is a big fat C. </p>
<p>Should I be worried about this considering my GPA only improved, but the C itself looks very... out of place.</p>
<p>I know that your mid-term exams show on your report card, but are you sure that they show on your transcript?</p>
<p>My kids’ midterm exam grades don’t show at all on transcripts. They show on report cards, but not on transcripts. </p>
<p>have you seen a copy of your transcript? Usually they just show semester grades &/or year end grades.</p>
<p>Definitely check as noted above. Transcripts usually only give final grade for the semester.</p>
<p>My school gives out the grades for all the quarters and the midterms to the colleges with the mid year report.</p>
<p>There is NO requirement to send the report card. It asks for a progress report…can your transcript be sent so that the exam grade doesn’t have to be seen?</p>
