Hey all,
I'm filling out the midyear report but the only options they have for schedules are "Semester," "Trimester," and "Block." My school has a 4-quarter year. So when filling out my grades for the middle of the year, should I just average my quarter 1 and quarter 2 grades for each subject? If I had a B+ for one quarter and a B for another, should I just put a B for the midyear report? Thanks for the info.

You...don't have summer off? If you did, it would be considered a trimester year.

No, the 3/4 of the year that we are in school are divided into quarters. Quarter 1 is September to early November, Quarter 2 is November to Janurary, etc...

I would also call the admissions office Monday morning to be sure it's okay prior to submission:

I would... average out the grades now for the semester and when you input the grades... pretend you have a C and A in the first two quarters:

Biology AP C/A

Do that or something and be thorough with your explanation. They can refigure your GPA or judge you accordingly.

Your GC mentioned your scheduling format in his/her report so I wouldn't be too concerned as long as the marks are there and you have a good explanation (thorough too).
Ahh! Just ask them.
