I submitted mine a whiile ago, but apparently they dont have it so Im submitting it again. I had a question tho. What did you guys put under this secion:
Is there any additional information that you would like us to consider? If so, write your explanation below.

I mean i just said I won an award and Ive been continuing working hard in my courses and my extra-curriculars. Is that enough or are they looking for something else also.

I put that UVA was my first choice and that I was looking forward to receiving their decision in the spring.. it might have pushed them to send me a likely letter? I'm not sure. I also talked about an award I won after my application was submitted.

^^ Wow! I called 2 days before the mid year report was due on another matter and the lady said, "don't forget to send in your mid-year report, it's due by 5 PM on the 15th".

ashleylauren, the only person I've seen so far who was deferred and received the letter had a high SAT score that was likely not seen by the admissions office during the ED round. She was ranked 2nd in her class and had a 31 on the ACT, but her SAT, which was likely seen later, was a 2340. Obviously, that's the kind of thing that would stand out to the admissions committee. As you can see among the other likely letter recipients, most have have high SATs and great class ranks; they are auto-admits. I don't know why you continue to post about the letters - I'd be shocked if you got one. No offense or anything, but you should be able to figure that out on your own. Just wait until april and let the cards fall as they may.

I was just curious as to what it was :)...i didint know what they were for or who they went to so thats why i asked..thanks for your imput anyway. but no need to get upset:)

It wasn't necessary to post in 3-4 different topics all asking the same question. Anyway, now that things are cleared up it isn't an issue anymore.
