<p>Hi, I was wondering if the midyear report actually counts in terms of admission, or does is serve the same function as the Final Report? And when are they due for the common app, I haven't seen any specifications for this. Ultimately, does the midyear report really matter that much, or does the first secondary school report hold more weight?</p>

<p>For RD students, they're used just as any other grades are in the admissions process. Yes, they count!</p>
<p>They should be sent as soon as your transcripts are available. But they should be sent by your guidance counselor, who generally knows when to do it.</p>
