I am generally an A student with just one A- (defined from 93-100%). However, I did get an A- in my Calc class in my first semester for senior year. How much would this impact my chances of getting into Ivy League schools? I have taken over ten APs already, and my extracurricular is plenty too. Would the mid-year report really harm my chances?
An A- on your midyear report in a challenging class is highly unlikely to make any difference at all.

Agreed. Especially in a challenging class.
The horror of an A-.
No, that won’t keep you out but it’s the strong odds that you will be rejected to an Ivy RD - and you’ll never know why.
Just like those who get in never know why.
You’re fine - if they want you to submit grades, submit grades and don’t beat yourself over nothing…which this is. Good luck.
