<p>Several colleges that I am applying to ask for a Mid year report. However, my school does not end first semester until AFTER the application deadline. What should I do? Am I wrong in assuming that Mid year report talks about my performance for the first semester?</p>
<p>that’s the way the semester system works for most schools. just make sure the midyear report is sent as soon as the first semester is over. meet your counselor and give him or her the midyear report form (from the commonapp website) that they need to fill out</p>

<p>However, the college I’m applying to requires all application material received by admission on Monday Jan. 25th. But my school’s first semester does not end until the Friday after.</p>
<p>The mid-year report, at all colleges with January app deadlines which require mid-year reports, can be sent after the deadline. It consists of your school providing your semester grades and listing classes you will be in second semester.</p>
