Does Columbia want Midyear Reports? If they do, I can't seem to find the form anywhere. Can anyone help? Thanks!

Yes, you need to send them the report. You should be able to download/print it from the online application website.

Make it quick though, the deadline is February 1st.

But our semester grades have just come out. There's no way I can get it out this soon. Is the Feb. 1st deadline very strict? I don't think that's fair. Darn! The admin office is closed, so I can't even call them until Monday.

The admissions office won't penalize you for something that's not your fault. Just have your guidance counselor send the midyear report with a cover letter explaining that it was impossible to meet the February 1st deadline. We're in the same situation at my school--our semester grades were just released today.

Colleges understand that all schools do not give out midyear grades at the same time. If you don't have your grades at this point of time, don't worry at all. But if you have them and were too lazy to have them submitted, even then you mustn't worry at all. Just send the materials as soon as possible.
