Should I send UMD a midyear report?
I can't find any information about it on their site... plus I had all A's before and I still have all A's, and the only difference is that I have a more rigorous class schedule this year than I have in the past. So it probably wouldn't change their decision too much? Does anyone have any insight on this?

They don’t require you to send one (but for some reason my school sends out mid year reports for all seniors). However if you’re feeling good about your report card it wouldn’t hurt to send it. I’m guessing it wouldn’t change their decision - only in very rare circumstances have the admissions committee rejected people after seeing their mid-year or final grades. They’re going to see your end of the year grades regardless, though.

It won’t affect their decision seeing as they’ve already made them. My school also automatically sends a mid-year report and a final report once I graduate in May but very rarely do they withdraw your acceptance. Unless your year is absolutely appalling. 3.5 –> 2.0

Eh alright, as long as UMD doesn’t care, I guess I’ll save myself and the school the trouble haha
Thanks!

(and I wish my school were that nice, I have to fill out a request form for every college I’m applying to, including addressing envelopes, plus it costs $4 per transcript. Tedious AND a waste of money)
