I am applying as an international student and my counselor is not sure about what should he submit for the midyear report. He already sent my assessment information within the Secondary School Report. Should he include them again or just send the midyear marks transcript?

There are two items that make up the mid-year report.
(1) The actual mid-year report. It is a form that is part of the Common Application or Universal College Application. Depending on which application you used to apply to Hopkins, visit that application system’s web site and download the mid-year report form.

(2) Along with the report which your counselor must complete, we require an updated senior year transcript with the most recent grades that are available.

Wow, didn’t realize you required a senior transcript in addition to the Common Apps mid year report. Does that get faxed or mailed?

Also, the guidance counselor did the mid year report on the web and it was downloaded at Hopkins. That should be enough for that? Thanks.

But, I really don’t see a point in sending the common app midyear report. It is exactly the same as the secondary school report.

Once again, we require your counselor to send the mid-year report and an updated senior year transcript. If your counselor records mid-year grades on the mid-year report instead of sending a transcript then that is fine. These are requirements so it doesn’t matter if you see the point in sending them.

These items can be submitted by your counselor in one of three ways:

(1) Upload to Common Application or Universal College Application
(2) Postal Mail
(3) Fax - 410-516-6025
