case western?

agreed. Case Western(cleveland) for an engineering student

I'll third Case Western. It isn't too much harder to get into, but it's a much stronger school than the three listed.

Marquette, for example, isn't exactly engineering-oriented. The main focus over there is on their star dental school. Other programs, unfortunately, don't get the same amount of love.

If I had to pick of the three, I'd probably lean towards Dayton.

Case Western is better than those, but from your list, Cincinnati has the best engineering program. It pioneered the whole co-op thing, so its program is really good.

What type of engineering are you interested in? UD offers a variety of accredited engineering programs. I know several people who were engineering majors at UD, and they liked that UD encouraged hands-on experience (co-opping, research opportunities, etc.) in addition to regular classwork.

I guess it may depend on the type of engineering program you're considering. UC's DAAP program is highly regarded, and the campus has gone through a mega, mega million dollar renovation. Cincinnati is more poppin' than Dayton, and much more warmer than Marquette.
