<li>ROTC graduate coming out of the military as LT (perhaps in intelligence)
or</li>
<li>undergraduate joining the NAVY and moving up to become a SEAL but not being an officer</li>
</ul>
<p>Assuming both went to similar schools in terms of prestige and had same GPA.</p>

<p>Please tell me your joking. Don’t alter your plans or do something because it will get you into an MBA program. That’s just sad. Do what you want to do and take it as far as you can- then apply. If you have a passion for art history- pound art history and make a difference in that area. Do what you want to do and THINK BIG.</p>
<p>I don’t know what my plans are at the moment, I’m entering college next year and looking to keep my options open.</p>
<p>Which one would you like to do more. The difference between those two are not going to be the deciding factor for if you get in. You need a high gmat score, a good gpa, and a good reason to go. Regarding your work experience, they want to see leadership and how much you’ve made an impact. If you don’t love something, you won’t make an impact- You’ll dread it the entire time. If you have a passion for garbage collecting, start a unique garbage company that recycles for materials used to for anything. Point is, it doesn’t really matter what you do. What matters is you think really big and make a big impact…</p>
