Minerva and Confirmation Questions

Hello! I submitted my application at around 12:30 AM, January 13, PST. How long should it take for me to get an email confirming that they received my application? I'm a little worried. I haven't gotten one yet and that email should have my Minerva ID and PIN. Without it, I cannot upload my transcript.

Don’t fret - I submitted my application on Sept. 3 (yes, I was VERY early - I’m a gap year student, so I already have complete transcripts and SAT scores) and received the email the very next day. I imagine it should take no longer than a week now, even when they’re processing a lot of applications.

It takes a day. I was also in the same boat, worried that they hadn’t received my application. Other colleges were extremely quick to send pin codes and such, but I got mine the next day as well. What stats did you apply with?

Yes it took mine a day also. So you should be receiving the email today.

And does anybody know if the “High school transcript” on the checklist needs to be uploaded by Jan 15 or the March 1 deadline?

@hawkzzter - I believe March 1st is the deadline for all supporting documents, which includes your transcripts.

@thedon23, I applied on december 22nd and I uploaded my transcripts on february 16th. It’s been on Ready for Review status since then. The deadline for sending in the documents in on march 15th which is in four days so i’m freaking out here. What is going on?? How am I supposed to send them the documents before the deadline when my application online still says Ready for Review. What if the I miss the deadline and my file isn’t reviewed yet?? :S please answer

@Loksregret Your transcript is the supporting document. That is what is meant by supporting documents, except if you’re applying to programs that require more documents.

Yes, Johnny is right. If you uploaded your transcripts, you’re fine.

Ahhh okay. Because it says on the website that the transcripts that I uploaded are unofficial transcripts, and that they are gonna ask me to mail my documents later.

They are unofficial. You only need official ones for final grades.
