Minerva checklist...is there a problem?

I applied from BC and I was accepted to McGill for fall 2011. On my Minerva checklist of required documents, it says:

Advanced Placement Results
High School Graduation proof

However, on several of my friends' accounts, there is also a line about high school transcripts. Do I also have to send in final transcripts, or do you think there is a specific reason why this requirement was left off my checklist?

Does anyone else have the situation?

I’m from BC too, I think it’s just like a course completion proof telling them that you did not fail any of the grade12 courses. It’s one of the conditions that you pass the courses that are required as prerequisites.

Same here, and I’m from BC too. I think it’s just like a course completion proof telling them that you did not fail any of the grade12 courses. It’s one of the conditions that you pass the courses that are required as prerequisites.

Thank for the reply. Does your checklist include high school transcript?

No, doesn’t say anything about the transcript. Which faculty did u apply to?

I got into biology, biomedicine, life science. My Minerva says:

AP exam results…not yet received/processed
Self reported grades…Jan 12, 2011
High school graduation proof…not yet received

But on one of my friends account (who got into the same program), it also includes:

High school transcript…not yet received.

What does your account include?

I got into BSc Biol, Biomed & Life Sci too…OK my minerva says:

Advanced Placement Exam Result…Not yet received/processed
Self-Reported Grades Updated grades required…Mar 11, 2011
High School Graduation Proof…Not yet received/processed

Basically the same.

what does your friend’s status say? It may vary depending on the admission decision, mine is “Admitted Pending Final Results”

He’s also admitted pending final results. I dont think there’s any difference between my acceptance and his.

My friend who also got into biochem has the same situation here. There shouldn’t be any problem with ur account. If ur still worried then pay the deposit and look at the student manual( I haven’t, but) according to my friend it clarifies all this sort of probs for newly admitted students. good luck;)
