So I applied for admissions at a local state university as a transfer which I am more than qualified for...or at least I thought. However, I got an email back from someone at admissions of the school that stated I didn't meet the minimum requirements for foreign language during the initial review process. The email asked what I would do about it and I stated I would complete the foreign language requirement before the next semester. They sent my application on to the "holistic review" process. Does this destroy what I thought was a for-sure thing as far as getting accepted?
